Clay County Restoration is a new, independently run restoration crew. We're not going to tell you we've been doing this in this market for twenty years, because we haven't. What we are is a company built specifically around Clay County's flood pattern: Black Creek's North and South Forks, the Doctors Lake and St. Johns River shoreline, and a hurricane season that runs June through November whether the county is ready or not.
Most restoration companies that answer calls here dispatch out of the Jacksonville metro, treating Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, and Middleburg as a stop on a longer route. We built this company to work the other direction: a crew that already knows which roads close first when the North Prong rises, and which subdivisions sit on slab versus pier foundation.
We're small on purpose. A four-town footprint is something one crew can actually know well, block by block, rather than pretend to cover a five-county radius with the same depth. That's a real tradeoff. During a major regional storm event, a bigger national brand can out-staff us. We'll say so honestly if a job is larger than we can safely handle alone, and help you find someone who can.
