A New Crew, Built for This County Specifically
We didn't start Clay County Restoration to be the biggest name in Northeast Florida. We started it to answer the Clay County phone first.
Clay County Restoration is a new, independently run restoration crew. We're not going to tell you we've been doing this in this market for twenty years, because we haven't. What we are is a company built specifically around Clay County's flood pattern: Black Creek's North and South Forks, the Doctors Lake and St. Johns River shoreline, and a hurricane season that runs June through November whether the county is ready or not.
Most restoration companies that answer calls here dispatch out of the Jacksonville metro, treating Orange Park, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, and Middleburg as a stop on a longer route. We built this company to work the other direction: a crew that already knows which roads close first when the North Prong rises, and which subdivisions sit on slab versus pier foundation.
We're small on purpose. A four-town footprint is something one crew can actually know well, block by block, rather than pretend to cover a five-county radius with the same depth. That's a real tradeoff. During a major regional storm event, a bigger national brand can out-staff us. We'll say so honestly if a job is larger than we can safely handle alone, and help you find someone who can.
"Major flooding starts at 21 feet on the Middleburg gauge. We'd rather you learn that number from us in July than from a flooded hallway in September."
The Guarantee, in Plain Language
The Guarantee
Not happy with the drying or the cleanup? We come back and fix it, or we refund the service call. That's the whole policy, no fine print attached.
The Response Promise
On-site within 90 minutes in Orange Park, Fleming Island, and Middleburg. Within 2 hours in Green Cove Springs. We tell you the window before you commit to anything.
The Pricing
Real ranges posted on every service page, along with the specific things that move the number, not a low estimate that changes the moment we arrive.
When We're Actually Available
Our office runs 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. We're closed Sundays for routine scheduling. That said, water and flood emergencies don't respect a calendar, so the response line is answered live outside those hours for active emergencies, an overflowing water heater or rising creek water, not general questions that can wait until Monday.
